The Consulate General of Mexico in Chicago wants compatriots living in the Midwestern United States to know that they have rights if they are in trouble with the law, but also with responsibilities. In this program we talk about this issue with Julian Almanza, the protection department of the consulate and with Luis Adrian Sosa, Press Attaché, Consulmex Chicago.
