Henry O. Hernandez, Jr. is Vice President, Director of Diversity & Inclusion for SAIC. He isresponsible for providing thought leadership and strategic direction for diversity and inclusionprocesses enterprise wide. Prior to joining SAIC in May of 2009, Henry was Managing Directorfor Diversity & Inclusion Executive Consulting. His past professional experience includes firstChief Diversity Officer at American Express, Executive Director for Global DiversityLeadership at Pitney Bowes and other key corporate and consulting positions. He is also a formerIntelligence Officer for the Central Intelligence Agency. Henry is co-founder and first Presidentof the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA). For more than 30 years he served as President of Heartland Alliance, the largestU.S based human rights organization. He launched their Latin American programs and served asPresident of Alianza Heartland Mexico, a Mexican NGO. He founded the National Immigrant JusticeCenter, the Illinois Coalition on Immigrant and Refugee Rights, and Centro Romero. He served as Chair ofthe Board of the National Immigration Forum and on the boards of International Social Services and the US Committee for Immigrants and Refugees

Luz María Sánchez is an international award-winning artist living and working in Mexico and the United States. Sánchez is an active scholar, writer, and educator. She first studied music and literature before herdoctoral studies took her to the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. She works with themes such as the Mexican diaspora, violence in the Americas, and the failure of Nation states. Sánchez employs both sound as well as the moving image in order to create a full sensory experience, thus imbuing the work with a physical immediacy in the face of political trauma. In 2014 Sánchez was awarded the first prize in the inaugural Bienal de las Fronteras, and in2015 she was awarded the prestigious national grant Sistema Nacional de Creadores de Arte by theNational Institute of Arts and Culture in Mexico. Anteriormente ejerció como vicepresidente del Banco BMO Harris el cual es parte del Grupo Financiero BMO (Banco de Montreal).
