Director of Linden Resources Inc, an Arlington, VA based 501 c 3 non-profit, which expands employment opportunities for Veterans and people with disabilities, Henry has worked in the area of diversity and inclusion for almost two decades.

During his time with Soza International from 1997-99, he developed first Houston Hispanic Professionals’ Leadership Conference with the Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University and National Society of Hispanic MBA and managed strategy engagements for growth, diversity and Hispanic target market initiatives.

As Executive Director of Pitney Bowes Inc, he launched diversity communication & branding strategy aligned with Pitney Bowes business, developed a web based strategy targeting diverse audiences for recruitment & business diversity and led initiatives for marketing PB products and services to 13+ million multicultural businesses.

In 2003, he was appointed the first Chief Diversity Officer with global scope for American Express. He was responsible for rolling out Diversity & Inclusion leadership training for 1,200+ director and above globally, was a trailblazer in launching inclusive Parental Leave, expanded Back-up Childcare and Adoption Assistance and provided thought leadership for providing products and services for multicultural markets.

In 2007 he became the Managing Director of Diversity & Inclusion Executive Consulting, a company providing strategic consulting to companies that want to leverage diversity & inclusion for their business globally in areas including strategy development and implementation, work-life and flexibility, supplier diversity, diversity recruitment, diversity training development, philanthropy and diversity communications and outreach.

Beyond his professional roles, Henry was the Co-Founder and first president of the National Society of Hispanic MBA’s, Co-Chair for the Brillante Awards and & Founders Gala, and was recently recognized in ‘Mr. Heart of Gold 2016’ by the Latinas Leading Tomorrow organization.
