Stories of life could be many but that of Lupita Castelan is a very inspiring.

She is a successful immigrant has found success in achieving her American dream in the restaurant industry. In her quest to capture the core values and traditions that drive other immigrants in the same industry, she has embarked on a journey to share their stories in her upcoming book “Beyond the Wall” which will be published in September 2017.
