Spanish Public Media
In 2000, a group of Chicago-based entrepreneurs joined together with the goal of creating a Spanish-language public radio station, with the goal of bringing the arts, culture, music, and high-quality news content to the Spanish-speaking listener and having a positive impact into our region’s Latino community.
Over time the partnership evolved, now involving, UNAM Radio, Canal 22 International, Radio France International and the Spanish Public Media Foundation in a well-thought-out, committed, and dynamic collaboration.
SPR includes music, art, culture, science, health, financial, social and motivational and educational content!
